Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges and delivery estates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Policy for China Warehouse

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-30 business days because they are directly shipped from our China Warehouse. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Pakistan and availability of the products in Yehlo.pk! Pakistan Warehouse.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to several situation / conditions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

https://www.yehlo.pk! is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

https://www.yehlo.pk! is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 7 days of the date you received your item.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email support@yehlo.pk within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to support@yehlo.pk, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the Pakistan.
